Remote Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Outreach Specialist to join our growing U.S.-based teams. In this full‑time position you will conduct high‑volume outbound calls, explain our services, and schedule appointments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound outreach calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Explain services and appointment details clearly and professionally.
• Follow structured scripts and communication guidelines.
• Schedule appointments using internal booking systems and CRM platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and customer interactions.
• Meet daily outreach, dialing, and scheduling performance goals.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls daily.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and performance‑driven.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
• Previous experience in outreach, telemarketing, sales, customer support, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.
