Remote Operations Analyst

About the role

Rhythm Energy is looking for an analytical Operations Analyst to join its remote team in the United States. This full-time position supports and optimizes core operational workflows, manages transaction exceptions and refines the processes connecting the company with external utilities and vendors. The salary is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational workflows, including account exceptions, failed orders and customer-initiated administrative requests.
• Coordinate with EDI vendors and utility partners to investigate and resolve transaction exceptions.
• Audit operational data to find trends, root causes and process inefficiencies.
• Develop and run process improvements that increase accuracy, speed and scalability.
• Document internal procedures, system processes and workflow frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in backend operations, transaction management or operational workflows.
• Preferred: experience with EDI systems.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Familiarity with EDI transaction protocols or system integrations.
