Remote Nurse – AI Model Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse (or other advanced healthcare professional) to join our remote team focused on training and evaluating AI chatbots in the medical domain. You will work on diverse, complex healthcare scenarios, helping to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with a wide range of realistic healthcare problems and case studies.
• Assess the outputs of AI models for correctness, logical consistency, and medical accuracy.
• Document findings, suggest improvements, and contribute to the iterative development of the models.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and AI engineers to ensure high‑quality model performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• A current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical knowledge across any medical specialty.
