Remote Marketing Assistant

About the role

Fondo is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to help execute marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, events, and systems. The role supports the marketing, sales, and operations teams to keep projects on track, publish accurate content, and maintain clean data.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of email, blog, social, and event marketing campaigns.
• Update the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate timelines, follow up with team members, and keep projects on schedule.
• Build, format, and schedule email and social content in HubSpot.
• Assist with email sends, social media scheduling, and database cleanup.
• Maintain data accuracy for contacts, companies, and campaign tracking.
• Help set up campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and assets.
• Support event coordination, invites, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Document and improve marketing processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
