Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Professional

About the role

We are looking for a licensed insurance sales professional to join our fully remote outbound sales team. You will work with a nationally recognized property and casualty insurer, contacting warm leads and helping customers choose the right personal‑lines coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to qualified prospects.
• Explain and sell personal lines insurance products such as auto, home, renters, boat, motorcycle, umbrella and bundled policies.
• Achieve a minimum of 30 policies sold each month, often exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up to ensure policy satisfaction.

Required profile

• Active insurance license in the United States (MO, MN, OK, IA, TX accepted).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and stay organized.

Required skills

• Licensed to sell property and casualty insurance.
