Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Liberty Mutual’s Inside Sales team on a remote basis. As a Remote Inside Sales Representative you will receive paid training and licensing, and you will work with warm leads to match customers with the right insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads generated by the company.
• Assess customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Convert qualified prospects into policyholders while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the contact‑center sales organization to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements across all 50 states.

Required profile

• Strong desire to sell and help customers.
• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude.
• Ability to work independently from home or an office environment.
• Residency in one of the listed states.
