Remote Inbound Sales Appointment Setter (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Inbound Sales Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing residential plumbing company. You will turn inbound leads from U.S. customers into booked appointments for our field technicians, working entirely from a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage prospects to understand their plumbing needs.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Book qualified appointments for the plumbing team, ensuring accurate scheduling and data entry.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
• Handle objections professionally and provide clear information about our services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or sales (inbound or outbound).
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong spoken communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Highly organized, self‑managed, and able to work independently.
• Availability for evening, night shifts, and weekends.
