Remote Immigration Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Immigration Attorney to handle employment‑based immigration matters on a remote basis. The role requires sound judgment, precise drafting, and close collaboration with legal support staff to ensure high‑quality case preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and sponsored employees throughout the case lifecycle, explaining requirements, providing updates, and outlining next steps.
• Direct and support legal assistants and paralegals by delegating assignments, reviewing work product, and promoting consistent standards.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day guidance to immigration support staff to improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality control.
• Conduct legal research on nuanced immigration issues and deliver strategic recommendations tailored to client objectives.
• Assist individuals with document collection and questionnaire completion, resolving routine technical issues during intake.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree and an active license to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of business or corporate immigration experience.
• Strong legal writing ability for petitions, motions, briefs, and agency responses.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, employees, and internal teams.
• Proven capacity to manage a high‑volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and computer skills in a deadline‑driven legal environment.
