Remote Financial Planner

About the role

Facet, an independent Registered Investment Adviser offering holistic financial planning with a flat membership fee, is hiring a Financial Planner to work remotely from anywhere in the US. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with members and guiding them toward action on unbiased recommendations, without cold calling, commission chasing or heavy paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to act on recommendations in their best interest.
• Build trust and credibility in a remote setting and foster long-term relationships.
• Synthesize member needs and coordinate solutions and tax strategies with Trading and Investment Operations.
• Become an expert on the proprietary AI-enabled tech stack and build comprehensive plans.
• Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools.
• Manage your calendar and time efficiently.

Required profile

• CFP® designation.
• 1+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
• Passionate advocate for helping people reach their goals, supported by in-house tools.
• Relationship builder who can quickly earn trust and guide members to action.
• Adaptable, organized and comfortable with the hard work of changing a legacy industry.
• Tech champion who embraces AI-driven tools in a remote environment.

Required skills
