About the role

The Data Verification Specialist supports the Bill Review department by ensuring the accuracy of medical billing data. Working remotely, you will apply customer‑specific rules to incoming information, helping the team maintain high‑quality standards and efficient processing.

Key responsibilities

• Validate incoming data in the Bill Review system.
• Apply customer‑specific rules and processes to ensure compliance.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors about workload and queue status.
• Perform clerical duties that assist the bill review department.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize independently.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Microsoft Office.
