About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our real‑estate team on a full‑time remote basis. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our property data across multiple platforms, supporting operational efficiency and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Input and update data accurately in various databases and systems.
• Verify completeness and correctness of entered information.
• Identify and correct discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Perform regular data backups to maintain security and integrity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company data.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support business operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data‑entry workflows.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and security principles.
• Experience with real‑estate data entry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
