General Manager – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

The Connor Group is seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead the operations and sales of one of its luxury apartment communities. This full‑time, on‑site position requires relocation to one of the company’s 17 major markets and offers the chance to shape resident experiences while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, sales performance, and overall financial results of the community.
• Develop and execute revenue‑generation strategies, including leasing and business‑development initiatives.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates, fostering career growth and high‑performance culture.
• Maintain accountability for operational standards, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
• Create a competitive, high‑energy environment that motivates teams to exceed targets.
• Ensure a world‑class living experience for residents through quality service and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven success managing operations and sales in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or fitness sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve business results.
• Strong leadership presence with a track record of coaching and holding teams accountable.
• Highly competitive, goal‑oriented, and motivated by achievement and recognition.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
