About the role

Prism Data Consulting is seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support legal teams by reviewing, filing, and managing legal documents. This entry‑level position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a collaborative, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Collaborate with the e‑Fulfillment and e‑Filing teams on various projects.
• Investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Complete additional projects assigned by management.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen legal industry knowledge.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Typing speed of 50‑60 wpm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
