Key responsibilities

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Review records, correct errors, and maintain organized digital files.
• Conduct basic online research when required.
• Follow company data‑management procedures and meet productivity deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain data security.
