About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote position you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining information across our company databases and systems while enjoying flexible working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Enter new data and update existing records in company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks and corrections.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure information is current and properly formatted.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and web‑based database tools to manage data sets.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Organised and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
