Remote Data Entry Specialist (e-File)

About the role

The e-File Specialist supports ABC Legal Services by reviewing and filing legal documents through online platforms and proprietary tools. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere within Montana while contributing to the company’s efficient legal document processing workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify, and accurately file legal documents using internal systems and email platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and internal processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies that arise during document processing.
• Collaborate with e‑Fulfillment and e‑Filing teams on projects and share best practices.
• Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
• Typing speed of 50‑60 words per minute.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
