About the role

Leisure Life Travel is looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join its remote team as Travel Customer Service Representatives. You will work from home, assisting clients in planning and booking vacations, cruises, and other travel experiences while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking travel, including cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options based on client needs.
• Manage reservations and maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings.

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
