Remote Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Full‑time)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Remote Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with hiring managers and deliver temporary and contract talent solutions. You will guide clients through the procurement process, manage requisitions, and ensure the right talent is placed quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define needs and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement technology tools to move requisitions through client internal processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to supply‑chain teams and monitor daily requisition progress.
• Assess resumes, shortlist top candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and rate negotiations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for program and supplier management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contingent workforce or staffing management.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms and client‑facing consultation.
• Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and urgency in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and suppliers.
