About the role

American Income Life is growing its remote team and is looking for motivated people who enjoy helping others and want a long-term career. As a Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative, you will connect with clients virtually, help them understand their benefit options, provide ongoing support and build strong client relationships. No previous experience is required; training, mentorship, coaching and the tools you need are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually to discuss available benefit options
• Help individuals and families understand and enroll in eligible programs
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate client appointments and keep accurate records
• Follow established processes and systems with support from experienced mentors
• Take part in weekly coaching, team meetings and professional development

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Organized and able to manage appointments and client follow-ups
