Remote Claims Processor

About the role

Conduent is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Claims Processor to join a fast‑paced healthcare team. The position is fully remote, offering flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM based on business needs, and includes an eight‑week paid training program.

Key responsibilities

• Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift.
• Log into internal systems and process claims with high accuracy.
• Enter and review data in a high‑volume environment.
• Monitor team chats and adjust workflow according to team needs.
• Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy.

Required profile

• GED or high‑school diploma.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
