Remote Calling Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Calling Associate to join our growing remote team. In this position you will contact prospective customers, share information about our life and health insurance services, and schedule appointments for licensed agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company’s CRM and dialing system.
• Engage prospects in a friendly, professional manner and explain the purpose of each call.
• Qualify interested individuals and set appointments for licensed agents.
• Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural and address common questions.
• Record accurate notes and update customer information in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, quality reviews, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional outreach or administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English communication and active listening.
• Professional phone etiquette with a positive, confident attitude.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑disciplined and able to work independently from home.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset, and smartphone.
