Remote Business Development Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This remote, full‑time position focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting and does not require closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Execute email and text outreach campaigns and schedule appointments for sales executives.
• Navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update contact information, and document detailed call notes.
• Track outreach activity, submit weekly/monthly reports, and monitor pipeline health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong objection‑handling and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and manage time effectively.
