Remote Appointment Setter – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing company serving medical aesthetics professionals and need remote Appointment Setters to turn inbound leads into booked consultations. You will be the first voice a potential patient hears after expressing interest, handling high‑volume outreach with speed and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound dials per day using a power‑dialer system.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and follow up on older leads.
• Manage leads for up to three med‑spa or aesthetic clinic clients simultaneously.
• Book at least 40 qualified appointments per client each month and confirm them via text or call.
• Maintain accurate lead records in GoHighLevel (GHL) and track daily KPIs.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry or a strong interest in it.
• Ability to work core hours 9 AM‑5 PM EST, five days a week, with occasional weekend coverage.
• Consistent, reliable performance and a high‑energy, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM) or similar platforms.
• Proficiency using a power‑dialer system for outbound calling.
