Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

The Zabbia Insurance Agency is looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will use proven scripts, receive continuous coaching, and help generate qualified appointments for our licensed sales producers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using agency‑provided lead lists and internet inquiries.
• Build rapport and schedule qualified appointments for Licensed Sales Producers.
• Handle objections with agency scripts and accurately document interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily activity and appointment‑setting goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, role‑playing, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
• Previous appointment‑setting, telemarketing, customer service, or inside‑sales experience is a plus.
