About the role
CSN Sports is seeking motivated individuals to work remotely as Appointment Setters. You will help high‑school baseball players navigate the college recruiting process by connecting them with our recruiting advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Contact leads via text, phone, email, and social media.
- Follow up with athletes and parents who have shown interest.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for recruiting advisors.
- Track all conversations and activities in the company CRM.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and coachable.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest or background in sports is a plus.
