Remote Appointment Setter – B2B Sales Development

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote sales development team. You will help B2B clients across SaaS, technology, finance, and other sectors connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across multiple industries.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and campaign messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity logs in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
