About the role

We are seeking a remote Accountant with solid US accounting experience to support AI training data validation. The role is contract‑based, offering flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

Review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
Collaborate with AI development teams, providing accounting expertise and feedback on processes.
Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to analyze workflows and suggest best practices.
Audit training datasets, identify inconsistencies, and support quality‑assurance efforts.
Document complex accounting concepts in clear, concise language for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

Proven experience with US GAAP and financial annotation or auditing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
