Remote Account Executive – $100K+ OTE Year 1

About the role

Unishippers is seeking a motivated Account Executive to work remotely across the United States. This inside B2B sales role focuses on generating new business, presenting shipping solutions, and driving revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify small‑size companies nationwide without territorial limits.
• Conduct outbound cold‑calling and outreach to decision‑makers.
• Consult, educate, and simplify shipping solutions for businesses with frequent shipping volume.
• Deliver solution‑based presentations and cost‑benefit analyses to executives and owners.
• Manage the full proposal process, close deals, and onboard customers onto Unishippers’ shipping platform.

Required profile

• Competitive, motivated mindset with a passion for new‑business development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads with a hunter mentality.
• High energy, strong personal brand, and ability to present like an executive.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
