Reliability Engineer - Heavy Manufacturing

About the role

The Reliability Engineer will support a large‑scale production environment in a global industrial manufacturing organization. You will drive improvements in equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall plant performance by applying data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies to boost asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for equipment failures and execute long‑term corrective actions.
• Analyze maintenance and production data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support capital projects and new equipment installations, ensuring reliability considerations are integrated.
• Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including condition‑monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to deliver cross‑functional solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands‑on industrial experience.
• Several years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with proven root‑cause analysis expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, plant‑based environment and influence cross‑functional teams.
