The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers’ financial needs and goals. The role delivers tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while providing exceptional service in a branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive cross‑selling of banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide personalized financial solutions.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing and product needs.
• Deliver an elevated, seamless customer experience in person, by phone and through digital channels.
• Address concerns promptly to foster loyalty and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑fraud policies.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch sales goals.
• Support nearby branch locations when business needs require.
