About the role

The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor to customers at the One and Olney Square branch, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Handle transactional, servicing and product needs of customers.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across in‑person, phone and digital channels.
• Foster loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
• Engage customers with digital platforms and educate them on self‑service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑fraud policies.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to meet branch goals and support nearby locations as needed.
