The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor to customers, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. This position focuses on delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while providing exceptional customer service in a branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing, and product needs.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized, and seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
• Engage customers via digital platforms, educating them on self‑service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑ and fraud‑defense policies.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and overall performance.
• Support nearby branch locations as business needs dictate.
