Relationship Banker – Build Customer Relationships

About the role

As a Relationship Banker you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will deliver exceptional service, drive cross‑selling opportunities, and support branch sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their financial needs.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Provide a seamless, personalized customer experience across in‑person, phone, and digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and may support nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience selling products in an incentive‑based environment, or 12+ months in retail banking sales with proven results.
• Strong customer‑service background in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication, consultative, and influence skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
