About the role

The University of Miami Hospital at U Tower, Step Down Respiratory department has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse. The Per‑Diem Registered Nurse delivers patient‑family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence‑based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring population‑specific patient care.

Key responsibilities

Deliver patient‑family centered care in a culturally competent manner.
Apply evidence‑based standards of quality, safety, and service to ensure population‑specific patient care.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS‑CPR) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care respiratory nursing experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
