Client Care Specialist

About the role

Global Excel Management is hiring a Client Care Specialist in Miami, Florida, on a hybrid basis that requires going to the office in the Waterford District area. The role sits within the Claims Services team and ensures corporate client requests are overseen and answered in a timely way, either acting as a liaison between the client and operational teams or coordinating the services needed to meet client needs. It works closely with the Claims and Account Management teams, as well as other departments and outside vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client requests, coordinate with providers and internal teams, keep claim information accurate, resolve billing and claim issues and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Process and maintain claims and policy information, review and validate documentation, manage system workflows, support escalations, handle data entry and account reconciliations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, support colleagues and business initiatives, and build knowledge of healthcare markets and claims processes through ongoing learning.

Required profile

• High school or post-secondary education or equivalent.
• At least two years of work experience in customer service and the industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Knowledge of healthcare services and medical billing practices.
• Comfort with the Microsoft suite and adaptability to different tools and technologies.
• Customer experience principles and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and multitask.
