Registered Nurse – Resident Care Specialist

About the role

Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its award‑winning team. The RN will support resident‑centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes in a senior living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, IV therapy, catheterizations, tube feedings, and other nursing procedures according to policies and physician orders.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in the EMR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in resident care conferences, communicate changes to families and household staff, and monitor daily living activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary resident environment and manage supply inventories.
• Assist in planning and evaluating recreational and activity programs for residents.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar medical setting.
