Registered Nurse – Night Shift

About the role

Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night‑shift coverage. You will provide resident‑centered care, support the interdisciplinary team, and ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, IV therapy, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures according to policies.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, household staff, and families to develop and adjust resident care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in resident rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (degree or approved RN training).
• Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar medical setting preferred.

Required skills

• Medication administration and narcotic record keeping.
• IV therapy, catheterization, and wound care.
• Ability to assess mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well‑being of residents.
