About the role

The Pediatric Supervisor role supports the delivery of high‑quality nursing care for children in a busy Level 3 trauma and teaching hospital. This position offers flexible shift options—including day, night, and mid‑shifts—and can be full‑time or part‑time.

Key responsibilities

Supervise pediatric nursing staff across day, night and mid shifts.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Level 3 trauma center protocols.
Coordinate with clinical teams to maintain high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

RN diploma degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Nevada.
