Registered Nurse – LDRP – Part‑Time Days (Sign‑On Bonus)

About the role

AdventHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) team on a part‑time day schedule in Parker, Colorado. This position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and a supportive environment focused on whole‑person care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, monitor for adverse reactions, and follow physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly to code situations and other emergencies.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Team‑player attitude with effective verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform EKG assessments as needed.
