Registered Nurse – Infusion Clinic (Full-Time)

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Infusion Clinic on a full‑time basis. You will provide patient‑centered care using the nursing process while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care by applying the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and other care team members.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary staff, ensuring optimal use of human and fiscal resources.
• Utilize data and evidence‑based knowledge to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Promote a culture of customer satisfaction, employee morale, and professional nursing development.
• Perform additional duties as required to support unit and department goals.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• RN diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• No prior work experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
