Registered Nurse – Evenings & Overnights

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for 1:1 home care in the Phoenix area, focusing on evening and overnight private‑duty assignments for pediatric and geriatric clients.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and provide one‑on‑one care according to a self‑selected schedule.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations and interventions.
• Deliver hands‑on care while maintaining autonomy and ensuring high‑quality, preventive services.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; tracheostomy experience preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Ability to perform patient assessments and thorough documentation.
• Trach (tracheostomy) care experience (preferred).
