Registered Nurse – Employee Health (Full‑Time)

About the role

This full‑time position supports employee health and safety by delivering an Employee Health Program that includes disease detection, prevention, and treatment. The RN will provide patient‑centered care using the Nursing Process while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and integrate patient data to develop individualized care plans.
• Delegate appropriate nursing interventions to licensed and unlicensed team members.
• Administer prescribed therapies and reference medication guides.
• Evaluate progress toward outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Promote health and safety for all employees, including monthly tuberculosis screening.
• Communicate critical information to patients, families, and team members.
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education.
• Adapt communication style to respect patient privacy and cultural needs.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse degree (associate or bachelor's).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical, occupational health, or employee health experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
