About the role

The University of Miami seeks a Registered Nurse 2 to join the Coral Springs Clinic team on a full‑time basis. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support a compassionate healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document nursing care, and modify treatment plans based on responses and physician orders.
• Review diagnostic tests, report findings, and assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications safely, maintain accurate medication records, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate care plans to patients, families, and the care team while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Participate in discharge planning, prioritize assignments, and adapt to changing clinical demands.
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff, providing feedback and guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care methods, and health‑safety guidelines.
