Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health (Full-Time)

About the role

Wise Path Recovery Centers is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Westover, WV. You will provide direct nursing care to individuals undergoing substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment, working 12‑hour day or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations.
• Administer medications safely, including medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) and withdrawal‑management protocols.
• Observe and report changes in patients' medical or behavioral conditions to providers.
• Support patients through education on medications, recovery, and overall wellness.
• Respond to medical and behavioral emergencies and maintain medication security.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in West Virginia.
• Experience or interest in behavioral health, substance use disorder, or addiction medicine.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse clinical team.
