Registered Nurse – 1:1 Home Care (West Valley)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 private duty care for pediatric and geriatric clients throughout the West Valley and greater Phoenix area. You will work independently in clients' homes, delivering high‑quality, personalized nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a single client’s home per day on a schedule you choose.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands‑on care, including any required tracheostomy support.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.

Required skills

• Trach (tracheostomy) care experience (preferred).
