Registered Dietitian – Weight Loss & Nutrition Center

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join its Weight Loss and Nutrition Center. You will work directly with patients of all ages, creating personalized nutrition plans that align with their medical needs and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' dietary habits, lifestyle, and health status.
• Collaborate with patients to set realistic, individualized nutrition objectives.
• Provide evidence‑based education on nutrition, disease prevention, and overall health.
• Monitor progress, adjust nutrition plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, health coaches, and other team members.
• Assist patients with body composition and metabolism testing and offer tailored recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification and/or current Utah state licensure.
• Completion of an accredited program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and attentive to individual patient needs.
