Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Center for Autism in Rocky River, providing patient‑first care in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Key responsibilities

• Collect baseline data and implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Conduct discrete trial teaching, reinforcement, prompt fading, shaping, and chaining procedures.
• Assist in functional behavior assessments, including record review and interview.
• Communicate progress and generalization strategies to parents.
• Participate in required supervision with the Outpatient Behavior Analyst.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or at least six months of ABA experience.
• Completion of 40‑hour RBT coursework before hire and competency assessment within 30 days, or BCBA/BCaBA certification.
• Ability to work with diverse patients and build rapport.
