About the role
Helmet House, the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and powersports apparel, is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President to lead its national sales team. This senior leader will oversee District Managers, drive growth across key dealer territories, and ensure operational excellence for our premier brand portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop District Managers supporting top powersports dealers nationwide.
- Set, monitor, and achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Optimize territory coverage, open new dealerships, and expand brand presence.
- Provide in‑field sales training, product presentations, and merchandising support.
- Maintain strong relationships with key dealers and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with headquarters on strategic initiatives and reporting.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in retail or multi‑store environments.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and team‑building abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including extensive road travel across the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 15 lb.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools.
