Regional Support Specialist – Miami Beach

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Miami Beach. Based in a branch office, you will act as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, including introductions to Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, and offer on‑demand social media and marketing support.
• Manage office social media accounts and promote a friendly, inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction‑related inquiries.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, conduct office orientations, and train on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and recognition activities.
• Drive branch culture events, CB Cares initiatives, and community‑building activities.
