About the role

We are seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Fort Lauderdale. The role serves as the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and strategic support across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service for agents and clients visiting the office, promoting available support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social media accounts and deliver basic marketing support on demand.
• Promote an inclusive office culture that reinforces the agent value proposition.
• Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction‑related inquiries.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, conduct office orientations, and train on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Act as the culture carrier for the branch and region, driving events and community initiatives.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and social‑media marketing.
• Assist with recognition programs, awards reporting, and recruitment activities.
